Service Description

Being out in the fresh air has so many benefits, not east on our psychological health and mental wellbeing. Walking can help to reduce levels of stress, depression and anxiety. Some clients are more comfortable walking and talking and find it easier to start discussing their problems without the constraints of being inside. You as the client will set the pace of the walk, if you want to meander along and have a relaxing walk that is fine. Late Spring - Summer - Early Autumn
