Service Description

Telephone counselling saves you travelling time (and costs!) If you find it hard to take time out for yourself this may be the answer. By choosing a suitable time slot, it means for you an hour in your own home. This may help you feel more relaxed, more confident, safe and in some cases more open to communicate what you really want to say. All you require is a phone and a quiet space.
